2013 was one of our most successful years and the growing customer base saw us introduce new members to our Accounting, Technical Support and Marketing team. The feedback from our customers proved invaluable in shaping the development roadmap of our live chat software; file transfer, extending support for foreign characters and transcript customisation are just some customer-driven enhancements introduced over the last year.

The May competition is Click4Assistance’s way to give something back to our customer community and gives Lite package subscribers a chance to win a 6 month upgrade to Professional package at no additional cost. This represents over a £100 worth of functionality and will let Lite users experiment with manual and proactive chats, real-time activity monitoring and fully customisable designs.

Meanwhile one lucky Professional or Enterprise subscriber stands to win a 100-muffin office hamper with flavours ranging from double chocolate, lemon, blueberry, strawberry & white chocolate to carrot & raisin, apple & cinnamon and raspberry. The Competition began on 15/05/2014 but subscribers that missed the e-mail can still enter until midnight on 23/05/2014 (closing date). If you’re an existing Click4Assistance customer, just follow the instructions below to be in with a chance to win.

                                                     

How to Enter

                1. Visit our blog: 7 Hard Reasons Your UK Business Must have Live Chat Software

                2. E-mail our team at marketing@click4assistance.co.uk with “Find the Fact” as the subject line.

                3. Copy and paste the statement below into the body of the e-mail and fill in the blank spot.

The Lite winner will be contacted by Click4Assistance on Tuesday 27th May via e-mail with a notification of their 6 month upgrade from Lite to Professional. The Professional/Enterprise winner will be contacted on the same day via e-mail to confirm the office address and arrange a date for delivery. We will announce our competition winners on Thursday 5th June via the Click4Assistance news page and social media channels. We wish all our customers the best of luck!
