A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced .net developer to assist with enhancements and on-going management of a web-based application, together with new development of web-based tools used in a variety of industries.

Click4Assistance is a fast growing solution provider based in Basildon just off the A127, offering a business class live chat system which includes real-time visitor monitoring, the ability to engage and proactively offer assistance, other features include video chat, Click2Call, contact forms and 3rd party integration.

Successful candidates should have a proven track record in web-based applications, object orientated technologies including using Microsoft SQL, have experience with ASP/VB.Net including client-side scripts and languages (JavaScript / JQuery, HTML5 and CSS3).

Would suite a developer that thoroughly enjoys coding both inside and outside work, looking to design and build cutting edge solutions used by a variety of website in various market sectors.

Account manager

You will become the primary point of contact for your clients, answering incoming calls and emails to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will ensure timely escalation of technical enquiries to the appropriate people and manage resolution. You will assist sales in building strong, trusted client relationships, and cultivate and generate new sales opportunities.

You will use Microsoft Dynamics to administer leads and accounts, and be working in a fun, dynamic, professional team.

Ideally you will have account management experience within the B2B market, dealing with SME either in a customer service or account manager role. Having worked for a software provider or internet / SaaS based provider would be advantageous. It is essential that you are IT literate and confident with MS Office and CRM; you will have a positive attitude and resilient mindset, along with a track record of excellent communications & influencing skills.
