Our systems are located in London UK within Telecity (Europe’s most advanced data centre). With Click4Assistance your data will only ever reside within the UK in full compliance with GDPR and DPA.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 256bit SHA2 algorithms, passwords and any personally identifiable data including the chat transactions are encrypted at rest using the latest AES256 (Advanced Encryption Standard).

Physical access to our system is restricted via retina scanning for only authorised Click4Assistance key-staff; no 3rd party contractors or companies have access to your data.

Resilient connectivity to the solution is provided by 6 internet carriers.
Secure Infrastructure
Systems are hosted on the latest HP blade servers within a virtualised clustered environment using the latest Microsoft Server OS and SQL servers, with security and critical patches continually implemented.
Firewall and switches in an Active-Standby configuration provide complete redundancy.

Our BCP is reviewed continually to analyse potential threats, ensure restoration of digital data and test disaster recovery systems.
Vunerability awareness training is provided in both operational and development teams including secure coding practices outlines by OWASP and WASC.
Full, differential and transaction backups are performed on an hourly basis in encrypted form to Click4Assistance DR environment.
