Security policies are constantly monitored, reviewed and updated, with regularly staff training, CRB checks, and strictly controlled physical and remote access along with Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
All data is processed and stored within the UK, using the latest security algorithms. Individuals rights, data protection by design and by default along with consent and all other GDPR concepts and principles are addressed.
From login policies for forced password strength and expiry, password lockout, IP/Time lockdown and AD integration to user privileges and permissions, all aspects of access can be controlled by your organisation. Full visibility of actions within the software can be achieved with comprehensive audit reporting.
Identifiable information including the full chat transcript is encrypted at rest and uses SHA256 in transit, ensuring the highest levels of protection.
