Winner of May Muffin Competition: Medway CAB

Click4Assistance is giving back to its live chat software customers with May’s ‘Find the Fact’ competition. On Friday 23rd May the name of the Professional and Enterprise winner was drawn from the official office hat. A separate competition was also run for Lite subscribers giving them a chance to win a free 6 month upgrade to Professional.

Our subscribers are fundamental in improving the Click4Assistance Toolbox so it’s nice to give something back. May’s ‘Find the Fact’ competition gave us the chance to do just that and attracted a sizeable mountain of entrants from our Professional and Enterprise subscribers.

We’re glad to see the muffins go to the Medway Citizens Advice Bureau. As a registered charity that offers free, independent and impartial advice on a range of issues including Housing, Welfare Benefits, Employment, Debt, Family Law and many others, the sweet treat could not be going to a more deserving organisation!

In order to enter the competition, entrants had to visit our blog, 7 Hard Reasons Your UK Business Must Have Live Chat Software and find the fact for the following sentence:

If live chat wasn’t available on the website, only xx% of the customers would try to e-mail or phone the company.

The answer (57%) shows that live chat software continues to be an important channel for businesses with an online presence. In the case of Medway CAB, live chat offers a free, anonymous and secure channel of support for website visitors seeking advice.

We also included a separate competition for our Lite package, which was won by Mark Smith of Barracudas Events – a company with 21 years of experience hosting large-scale school, corporate and family events. Mark won his company a 6 month upgrade to Professional package at no additional cost. The win represents over a £100 worth of functionality, which includes proactive chat invites, real-time activity monitoring and fully customisable designs.
