A Warm Welcome to Gemma Baker, Our New Office Apprentice!
As we have been expanding our tech teams and focusing on improving our resources in recent months, demand for administrative support has grown here at Click 4 Assistance.
As such, we’re pleased to announce that Gemma has recently joined us as our new Office and Finance Apprentice.
More About Gemma
Gemma is just starting out in her career and is planning to train as an accountant. Having already completed a Computerised Accounts Level 1 Course in Sage 50, a qualification which has helped her hone her skills and better understand this popular accounting platform, she is hoping to start her AAT training in 2014. The AAT is an internationally-recognised course designed to improve the candidate’s accounting knowledge through practical learning experiences.
When she’s not studying or assisting the team, Gemma also enjoys her role as a member of Scout Network. Exclusively for 18 to 25 year olds, Network is the fifth and final stage offered by The Scouts Association. Gemma loves getting stuck in to a range of activities with her peers and regularly volunteers with the institution alongside her work commitments.
Gemma’s Role at Click 4 Assistance
Gemma undertakes a range of financial duties at the company. Alongside general office and administrative tasks, she is primarily responsible for entering the company’s sales and purchase ledger and processing payments and creates, updates and terminates client accounts as necessary.
When it comes to the implementation and management of our own live chat tools, it’s important we lead by example and have a system in place that allows us to communicate with our customers in real time. For this reason, Gemma also assists in running our very own in-house Live Chat software, responding to questions and queries from web users as they arise.
We wish Gemma the best of luck in her studies and are looking forward to helping her embark on a successful career!
