We want more feedback on your experience of our platform, products, and services. Therefore, we’re launching a community where you can speak your mind and tell us what you want us to do better.

As you know already, Click4Assistance never stays still for long. As a brand, we’re always looking for ways to do what we do better, whether that’s developing new tools, improving our AI, or boosting customer support.

This year, we’re overhauling our website and branding, giving it a shiny new feel. But we need your help to do it. We want your feedback to tell us what we’re doing right (and what you’d like to see improved further), so we can create the best possible experience.

Share Your Views In Our New Survey

Because of this, we’re launching a new survey where you can have your say. Here, you can tell us what you think about our platform so we can improve the way we do things, including our products, features, reports and user experience. We want to make Click4Assistance an enjoyable service to use and not somewhere where you’re liable to get bogged down in the details.

If you are a client and want to be added to our BETA Community Programme to take part in this survey, click on the “JOIN OUR BETA COMMUNITY” button within your account. All you need to do is complete a short questionnaire, giving us your honest opinions on how we’re performing and what we’re doing right or wrong. Then, we will crunch the numbers and report back to you, telling you about our findings.

About The Survey

Don’t worry: the survey is nothing complicated. We just want to learn more about your views of our branding, website and services (and whether you think they’re up to standard). The more honest you are with your feedback, the better we can make our approach to serving you.

Getting started with the survey is pretty straightforward. Tell us your name, email address and the company you represent. Then let us know what you do in your business. Are you part of the leadership? Are you a customer service rep? Do you represent the marketing department? Providing us with this information lets us contextualise your feedback. It tells us who you are and why you’re saying what you’re saying.
