You may think what on earth has Google Analytics has got to do with adding live chat to your website! In this article we will explain why using both systems side by side has many benefits to your business. Some of you may not be using Google Analytics, so we will explain what is does in basic terms,  if you are already using it you may wish to skip to the next section.

What is Google Analytics
