Web Chat Software Provider Click4Assistance Partners with International Government Organisation

Click4Assistance, provider of web chat software, is proud to announce our latest partnership with the Brazilian Naval Commission in Europe.

The BNCE approached Click4Assistance to develop an extension to our web chat software to provide a new meeting room functionality, which allows multiple operators and visitors to converse in a conference environment. Following in depth consultations with a senior account manager, our developers designed, configured and tested a whole new bespoke feature in line with the BNCE’s strict specification.

Once development was completed, our account management team compiled a training plan and visited the BNCE offices in London to deliver both administrator and agent training, and conducted a simulation test of the reverse auction with well-received results.
