How does Meeting Rooms work?

There are a variety of settings that you can configure within the meeting rooms experience.

This can include whether private messages are allowed, notifications of arrival and exit, if the room is password protected, or times when the room is open. There is also the option for moderated meetings which dictates whether participant names and messages will need to be approved before they enter the meeting or if other participants can view them.

Within the dialogue form of the meeting room, there is also have the choice to see the participant list when all participants are in the room or you can choose to have it turned off which usually depends on the number of participants your room will have.

Operators can join meetings by clicking ‘Meetings’ on the dashboard and then select the relevant meeting in the list. Operators can also leave and rejoin a meeting by clicking on the ‘X’ icon in the top right corner, or end the meeting for all participants by clicking on the ‘end meeting’ button.
