At Home or at the Office, don’t miss online chats

At Home or at the Office, don’t miss online chats

On the first Monday in February more UK employees phone in sick than any other day! Studies in previous years have suggested up to 375,000 of us do this, in what’s been labelled ‘National Sickie Day’.

Some of the suggested causes include: post-Christmas blues, the cold weather, and the long wait before another holiday

But there is good news. Whether you’re at home or in the office, you can still log in to the Toolbox and make sure you’re not missing out on Live Chats and vital sales leads. Install the software onto any computer or log in using the browser to chat with potential customers.

Adding extra users to the Toolbox to cover unexpected absences is easy and free, simply go to Account/Users and click ‘Create New’. A colleague can then continue to handle chats if the usual member of staff is unable to. There’s no need to share login information and everyone can have their own preference settings.

If you’re looking for help with adding users or downloading the online chat software, check out the Getting Started Guide within the built in help system, or call our friendly team on 0845 123 5871.
