Schedules provide automatic delivery of reports to the designated email addresses for your convenience.

What are the benefits of scheduled reports?

With scheduled reports, you don’t even need to log into the software - this ensures you receive the information automatically on a regular basis, in the selected format, delivered directly to your inbox at a time that suits you:

  • This ensures streamlined management reporting
  • Filter according to the related module

How to schedule a report?

In order to schedule a report, you will firstly need to navigate towards the ‘Reports’ module. You can select the report that you wish to schedule.  Firstly, apply any filters and or segments, and then click on the ‘SCHEDULE’ button in the top right corner. In this window, you can begin to build your scheduled report with the necessary details.

You will need to enter a name for the scheduled report, chose the frequency of how often this report is sent whether it’s daily, weekly or monthly, and then select the format type:

  • PDF
  • Excel
  • or CSV

You can then choose the date in which you will start receiving the report from and lastly specify where you would like the report to be sent to by clicking on the plus icon to add each of the relevant email addresses. With all of that complete, you can go ahead and click ‘SAVE’.

If you then navigate towards the ‘Scheduled Reports’ area, you can see the full list of reports that have been scheduled. Within this area, you can edit existing scheduled reports and view reports that have been sent previously.

You can also delete a scheduled report by clicking on the cross icon.
