When Quadrant Subscription Services and RBI, won the customer service award at the PPA customer direct awards 2011, it highlighted the benefits of having Web Chat Software.

Quadrant manage subscription services for magazines and journals and use Click4Assistance’s Web Chat software for customer service interactions 

They implemented Live Chat onto their online subscription pages and achieved great success.

The PPA awards celebrate excellence in all aspects of subscriptions marketing, and Live Chat Software played its part in the winning campaign for Quadrant and RBI.

An RBI spokesperson said: “Our real-time web chat has not only provided a new channel for us to serve our customers but has also had a significant impact on customer satisfaction and response times.”


In fact 44% of online customers say having questions answered by a live assistant while in the middle of an online purchase is one of the most important features a website can offer

Being able to take pressure off call-centres and handling queries in real-time, were the main reasons for implementing Web Chat software.
